How long does a renovation usually take?

Most jobs take 2 to 8 weeks depending on the size of the project. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.

Do I need to move out during the renovation?

For most projects, you can stay in your home. If we’re renovating large areas or your kitchen/bathroom, we’ll help you plan around it.

What areas do you serve?

We serve The GTA and nearby areas. Contact us to see if we work in your neighborhoods.

Can I choose my own materials?

Yes! We’ll guide you, but you’re welcome to pick your own floors, tiles, fixtures, and finishes.

Are your quotes free?

Yes, we offer free estimates with no pressure to commit.

2. Full Home Renovations

Can I renovate my whole home at once?

Yes! We do full home renovations and can schedule everything to keep the process smooth.

Will I have to hire separate trades?

No. We handle it all—from plumbing and electrical to flooring and painting.

Do you help with layout changes?

Absolutely. We can move walls, open up spaces, and help redesign your layout to fit your lifestyle.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, we take care of all permits and inspections needed for the job.

3. Kitchen Renovations

How long does a kitchen reno take?

Most kitchens take 3 to 6 weeks. We’ll give you a schedule before we start.

Can you work with small kitchens?

Yes! We specialize in smart designs that make the most of every inch of space.

What’s included in a kitchen renovation?

Everything from layout planning, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring, and appliance setup.

Can I keep my existing appliances?

Of course! We can design around what you already have if you want to keep it.

4. Bathroom Renovations

Can you turn my tub into a shower?

Yes, we do tub-to-shower conversions all the time. It’s one of our most popular services.

Will my bathroom be out of use during the renovation?

Yes, for a short time. We’ll let you know the schedule so you can plan ahead.

Do you install vanities and storage?

Yes! We install custom or pre-made vanities, shelving, and other storage options.

5. Warranty, Insurance & Quality

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We include a 2-year labor warranty on all our work, plus manufacturer warranties on materials.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full liability insurance and WSIB coverage for all workers.

What if something breaks after the job is done?

Just give us a call. If it’s covered under our warranty, we’ll take care of it quickly.

Do you use licensed tradespeople?

Always. Our team includes licensed plumbers, electricians, and more.

6. Payment & Booking

How do I get a quote?

Just contact us and we’ll book a free in-home visit or virtual consultation.

How do payments work?

Most projects are paid in stages: a deposit, a mid-point payment, and a final payment when the job is complete.

Do you offer financing?

We don’t offer financing directly, but we can refer you to trusted financing partners.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to get your ideal start date.
